Not many girls survive an encounter with Freddy Krueger, and even fewer actresses survive being cast as a terrified femme in an installment of A Nightmare on Elm Street. Christie Clark, however, is a real exception. After debuting in the Nightmare series’s first sequel, A Nightmare on Elm Street, Part 2: Freddy’s Revenge (1985), she went on to a long stint on the soaper Days of Our Lives. Christie actually had two long runs on the show, the last ending in 1999 –both of which featured plenty of scenes of Christie under the sheets. She also returned to horror in Children of the Corn II: The Final Sacrifice (1993), where her bod had our trousers tenting as high as an elephant’s eye.
